General Information

Presenting author will be responsible to submit the abstract.

All presenting authors must be paid registrants of ICIS SGCR-WIRES 2024 by 31 Jul 2024. Presenting authors who did not purchase their conference passes by 31 Jul 2024 will be excluded from the programme.

The Scientific Committee will review the submissions. A notification of acceptance will be sent to the presenter.

Submission of abstract constitutes the author’s consent to have their accepted abstracts presented during the conference.

Abstract Guidelines

All abstracts must be submitted via the ICIS SGCR-WIRES 2024 Abstract Portal no later than 31 May 2024. Abstracts submitted via email and other forms will not be accepted.

Abstracts and presentations must be written in English.

The abstract text is limited to 300 words. The abstract title, the author(s) or names of institutions are not included in the count of 300 words.
a. For Scientific Abstracts, you will be required to submit the Objectives, Material(s) and Method(s), Results, and Conclusions. You may input up to 300 words across all four fields.
b. For Education Abstracts, you will be required to submit the Teaching Points of up to 300 words.

Please do not include tables, graphs, and images in the abstract.

An automated acknowledgement email will be sent to the Author’s email address upon submission.

An abstract portal username and password will be auto generated and sent to the Author’s email address. Abstracts may be revised and resubmitted before the deadline of 31 May 2024.
